As a young New Zealander I had always dreamt of opening my own little coffee house in England.  After working four years in London and looking all over England for a location this space appeared.  Padstow holds a very special place in my heart, as my grandfather ran a cafe just across the harbour from where we are today. 

Since we have been open I have been treated to families laughing, friends catching up and couples sharing milkshakes.  It is amazing how much a tiny room full of strangers can really buzz.

I am a lucky girl.  Everyday I get to do what I love most which is bake cakes, biscuits and any other yummy dish that I have dreamt up overnight.

So long may the coffee smells linger, cakes continue baking and friendships be made.....
